Im Fall eines Prozesses beinhaltet der Honorarvertrag den ersten Beratungstermin.<\/p>

Nous facturons un honoraire \u00ab minimum \u00bb (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement forfaitaire) auquel se rajoute un honoraire \u00ab compl\u00e9mentaire \u00bb si nous parvenons\u00a0 \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat particulier.
L\u2019honoraire compl\u00e9mentaire peut \u00eatre forfaitaire ou proportionnel au r\u00e9sultat obtenu. \u00a0<\/p>

Exemple\u00a0: Nous sommes mandat\u00e9s pour obtenir une indemnisation.
