Dort konnte sie sich solide Erfahrungen im Privatrecht, und insbesondere auf dem Gebiet des Haftungs- bzw. Schadensersatzrechts aneignen<\/p><p>Bilingual und kompetent im internationalen Privatrecht war und ist Ma\u00eetre GEELHAAR  Ansprechperson f\u00fcr die deutschsprachigen Mandanten.<\/p><p>Die Entscheidung sich 2010 mit ihrer Familie in den Cevennen niederzulassen hat Frau GEELHAAR dazu veranlasst im gleichen Jahr die Nachfolge von Ma\u00eetre Paul MORIN in der von ihm mit Ma\u00eetre Odile JOUTARD und Ma\u00eetre Michel QUIMINAL im Jahre 1976 gegr\u00fcndeten Kanzlei anzutreten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-d39bb5d\" data-id=\"d39bb5d\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d50e7bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d50e7bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ma\u00eetre GEELHAAR steht mit kompetentem Rat f\u00fcr die Beantwortung s\u00e4mtlicher allgemeinrechtlichen Fragen zur Verf\u00fcgung, insbesondere besch\u00e4ftigt sie sich mit der Geltendmachung von Schadensersatzanspr\u00fcchen nach Sch\u00e4digung durch Unf\u00e4lle mit Fremdverschulden jeglicher Art oder durch Bausch\u00e4den;<\/p><p>f\u00fcr Fragen in Bezug auf  Immobilieneigentum; Verm\u00f6gensfragen im Familienbereich und Erbrecht.
